Refund policy

Returns, Refunds and Digital Products

Because our products are digital products, including software license keys, activation codes, digital licenses, and other digital content, the following terms apply to returns and refunds, subject to your mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Issue Reporting Period
We ask customers to contact us as soon as possible after receiving their digital product. To help us investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently, any issue with a delivered product should preferably be reported within 8 hours of delivery.

The 8-hour period is an internal reporting period intended to facilitate the investigation of delivery and technical issues. It does not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Defective, Invalid, or Incorrect Digital Products
If the digital product you received is invalid, defective, already used, cannot be activated due to an issue attributable to the product or our delivery, or is different from the product ordered, please contact us at support@saivera.net.

To help us investigate the issue, we may ask you to provide relevant information, such as your order number, a description of the problem, and a screenshot or other evidence of the error message. We may also need to verify the activation or usage status of the digital product.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, invalid, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, we may, where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, provide a replacement, correct the issue, or issue a refund.

Digital Products That Have Been Accessed or Redeemed
Because digital products may be immediately used, activated, or consumed, a refund may not be available once a product key, activation code, license, or other digital content has been accessed, redeemed, activated, or otherwise used, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

For the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once the supply or performance has begun, provided that, before the supply begins, you have:

  • given your prior express consent for the supply of the digital content to begin during the withdrawal period;
  • acknowledged that you will consequently lose your right of withdrawal; and
  • received the legally required confirmation of the contract and your consent and acknowledgment, where applicable.

Accordingly, where these legal requirements have been fulfilled, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply once the supply of the digital product has begun. This may include the delivery, access, activation, or redemption of a digital license key or activation code, depending on the nature of the product and applicable law.

If the applicable legal requirements for the loss of the right of withdrawal have not been fulfilled, your statutory rights may remain applicable.

Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer. We will process an approved refund without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

If you believe that you are entitled to a refund or have a problem with a digital product, please contact us at support@saivera.net with your order number and a description of the issue.

Exchanges and Replacements
Where a digital product is defective, invalid, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

For digital products that have been successfully delivered and activated or redeemed, exchanges are generally not available unless required by applicable law or the product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

Non-Refundable Situations
Subject to your mandatory statutory consumer rights, refunds may not be available where a digital product has been correctly delivered and has been accessed, activated, redeemed, or used, and there is no defect or lack of conformity with the contract.

We do not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
